How Do I Return A Product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only (excludes special orders).

The item(s) must be in the original packaging and in perfect, unused condition with original receipt. **Glassware an Plateware may not be returned.

Shipping / Freight costs will not be refunded.

While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you.

RETURNS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS:

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ORDER POLICY:

Chef Link requires a 100% down-payment on Special Order Items.

OUR GUARANTEE:

Chef Link offers 30 day Parts and Labor warranty from the date of purchase on all used equipment.

DELIVERY POLICY:

Chef Link offers free curbside delivery on all local large equipment purchases. Chef Link offers installation at our regular rate of $80 per hour.

PURCHASE POLICY:

Purchaser is responsible for making sure all equipment fits through entryways and that Purchaser's building has proper hook-ups. Chef Link requires payment in full for any equipment to leave the Showroom.
